• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel sign-ups at our discretion.
   

4. Anticipated Launch (2026)

You acknowledge that the Site describes a service intended for launch in 2026. All descriptions of "The Club" or future services are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding contract for services until a formal membership agreement or purchase is completed. We reserve the right to change the nature, scope, or timing of the launch without notice.
